New York Meet and Greet

Informal get together to form group and Articals. At time of this posting meeting location is Devil's Bathtub area in park.

The first map is the general information for MPP. Also includes a link for directions.

The second is a park map. At the top of the map you will see Canfield Road. I recommend that this is the road/entrance people take into the park. About a mile into the park, on the right you will see first a pavilion called Evergreen and then Southview. They are within view of each other. (across the road is a "lodge" and bathrooms) If you don't see Red White and Blue there, continue East on Canfield and turn right on Douglas Road. Follow Douglas for roughly 1.7 miles. On the right will be another pavilion called Lookout. If our colors aren't there, go up Douglas (which is actually Pond Rd at this point) another .2 miles and you will see a Pavilion on the right, and a road going up a hill to another Pavilion (out of sight.) That whole area is called Devil's Bathtub. One of four places. We will make sure that you can find it.

I would like to thank and acknowledge the initiative of all that attended. I believe the corner stones of a strong foundation were formed this day; the strength of diversity in knowledge from those who took the cause to heart and made their voices heard with action this day will benefit all as we grow. It is encouraging to know that the younger generation does see and is willing to effect change.
